SKIN CARE MUST HAVES

ALRIGHT PEOPLE! Let's talk skin care!! This truly is one of my favorite things..EVER. Senior year I had the worst acne and became absolutely obsessed with skin care because of it. My shopping habits are unhealthy and skin care being as expensive as it is does NOT help! With that said, I have been absolutely obsessed with skin care the last two years and am excited to share with you some of my favorite products!
One of my favorite skin care brands at the moment is Herbivore Botanicals. Herbivore was founded by Julia Wills and Alexander Kummerow in 2011 in their Seattle kitchen.
We bring you products that are safe, non-toxic, and highly effective. We believe in tangible results you can see and feel, and we believe in the power of nature to bring these results.
I have been using their Lapis Oil as well as the Blue Tansy Mask and am OBSESSED. I've also tried their Phoenix oil and am looking to purchase the Moon Fruit Facial Treatment soon. I love their Blue Tansy paired with their Lapis Oil. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and clean and the oil doesn't feel too heavy!
Going along with Herbivore, Glo Skin Beauty is another great brand! I use their cleanser and absolutely love it! I have struggled with acne for the past couple years and this cleanser helps control my break-outs without drying out my skin. This cleanser claims to rinse away surface debris and impurities, deeply cleaning pores without over drying or striving oil. It's so smooth and does exactly what it claims (plus it smells good!).
Two other must have items for me are eye cream and a good moisturizer! I've been loving the Clinique All About Eyes for eye cream! It really helps with the de-puffing and keeps my underage moisturized (perfect base for under eye makeup!).
There are two moisturizers that I've been loving and and they are the Korres Wild Rose 24H Brightening Moisturizer! This is good for any skin type and is paragon and sulfate free! It is a Vitamin C daily moisturizer that brightens and hydrates skin for up to 24 hours and helps with dryness, dullness and uneven skin tone, and fine lines and wrinkles! I'm already on my second bottle of this and LOVE it!
The other moisturizer that I love is the IT Confidence in a Cream! This is an ultra-hydrating moisturizer that is clinically tested to rejuvenate, repair, and restore skin for softer, smoother, and younger-looking results and is good for any skin type. Let me tell you, the claims are TRUE! I absolutely love this stuff. It last so long and makes my skin feeling so plumped and soft. They worked on the formula for so long and it really does work!
